From the local honey in our award winning Honey Brown Ale, to the Haliburton Forest red spruce featured in our Spruce Kveik, or Cool Runnings made entirely from maple sap, Haliburton Highlands Brewing produces classic beers with incredible local flavours that celebrate our community and give you a taste of the Highlands.

Every great beer deserves a good pairing. Enjoy our fresh menu featuring ingredients from some of Ontario’s best artisanal producers - delicious cheeses from Oxford and Waterloo counties, charcuterie from Il Tagliere Salumeria, West Guilford sausages, locally baked pretzels and beer mustard…yum!

Into the Blue wood fired pizza operates from May to October next to the brewery. Order at the truck or call in your order from the brewery patio.

Abbey Gardens Café serves up some great meals and desserts. Available to go and enjoy on the brewery patio.

BINGO DINNER - Every Tuesday, Haliburton Highlands Brewing supports local charities by hosting the community favourite Radio Bingo. Following the game, participants can join us in a freshly prepared meal. The dinner menu changes weekly and includes favourites like Bahn Mi Sandwiches, Smoked Brisket, Chicken Souvlaki, Smoked Burgers and Sausage on a Bun. Due to the ever-changing availability and price of ingredients, we don’t know what’s for dinner until as late as Tuesday morning. Dinners are typically priced between $12-$15 per person with the occasional meal a little bit more. If you would like to join us for Bingo dinner (our regular kitchen closes at 5pm on Tuesdays) please call us to reserve a spot by noon on Monday. - Into The Blue Wood Fired Pizza is available before and after the game each Tuesday.
